Development Hardwood Floors was established in 1997.

At, Development Hardwood Floors, we furnish, install, sand and finish all types of hardwood flooring. We service the entire continental United States for retail commercial, having worked in 22 States last year alone! For custom residential we service Northern California. We specialize in commercial, especially retail commercial as well as multi residential and custom residential. Being a diverse hardwood flooring company enables us to better manage each jobs demands; near perfection on custom residential, scheduling and orchestration on commercial retail, among others. We do not sub-contract or farm out any portion of our work, helping us to maintain a consistent quality.

We provide other services for our customers as well. We can inspect product and installation specifications, recommend proven methods and products as well as offer value engineering input. We can also inspect floor failures and damage and recommend the least method of repair, not compromising quality. For retail commercial maintenance or refurbishment work, we offer fixture removal and replacement. All work is performed in off hours and never requires cornering off sales areas during opening hours.

We carry full liability along with workers comp. insurance and are bondable at a rate of 2%. When necessary we do provide a 24 hr, 7 days a week service to expedite production. Please call with any questions. Thank-you for your time.
